FACEBOOK has launched a new desktop redesign that offers users a dark mode, cleaner profile and tabbed home screen according to a tech site TechCrunch.

Facebook told TechCrunch that the majority of users will have access to the new desktop design.

To access the redesign on Facebook users go to the Settings Menu -> “See New Facebook.” To disable it, users can return and hit “Switch to Classic Facebook.” This move comes after the company redesigned Messenger few weeks ago.

TechCrunch wrote, “The desktop redesign offers streamlined navigation through tabs for Groups, Marketplace, Watch and more atop the home screen. The home page and transitions also load more quickly. Larger fonts and more sensible layouts make getting around easier on the eyes.”

Facebook is also making it faster to create Events, Pages, Groups and ads.
